Staying in a fireplace guest room with a stunning canyon view offered the perfect blend of privacy and beauty. The luxurious bedding and intimate firelight created a magical atmosphere. Exploring the serene paths and enjoying the infinity hot tub were highlights, adding to the tranquil experience. However, the dining options felt disconnected from the overall charm, with lackluster portion sizes that didn't reflect the prices. It would benefit from a broader, more appealing menu to match the serene ambiance of the resort.

Alila Ventana feels like a hidden gem where relaxation meets luxury—imagine lounging in a hammock while watching the sun dip behind the redwoods, all accompanied by a complimentary cheese and wine hour that would make even Dionysus jealous. The staff was as attentive as a golden retriever waiting for a treat, ensuring every request was met with a smile.

Staying at Alila Ventana was like stepping into a luxurious treehouse, with more amenities than my home! The breezy outdoor hot tub became my personal oasis, offering views that rivaled any postcard. The Sur House's breakfasts were more satisfying than any Sunday brunch, especially the fluffy pancakes that made me want to shout, 'More syrup, please! '

The king suite with a hot tub was dreamy! It had air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. Loved soaking in the hot tub while surrounded by redwoods. Spa facilities included yoga classes and massages which were devine. The staff was super nice and helpful, making our experience more enjoyable.

The stay was a complete escape into nature. I especially loved lounging in the breezy outdoor hot tub, soaking in the views. The pre-dinner wine and cheese hour was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking nearby trails. However, the food was a bit overpriced, and the pools were often crowded during peak times.
